  1. Well I can see major pitfalls…….. such as here in the US they would have to spend millions on the “study” first , tweek it, set up more studies and committees ( all costing money ) then get it passed by the government entities…. and then set up a whole new dept of government to oversee it with salaries and grants to be taken out of the “tax” ( as it would be self funding) and then you would have to have more studies to pay for the
bricks and mortar” location eviromental impact of those buildings ( sigh ) as well as various localities vying for the job opportunities and location.. and then there are those pesky legal fees and then of course making sure everyone is included and resaerch dept as to fair and equitable distribution you would probably need a new “group for that…..but then we would have another study for that. Plan is the original 4 letter word Loraine

  2. Hi Everyone I thought since a lot of you are technically savvy you might be able to identify these “things” that appeared on a digital photograph…..not sure what caused them they aren’t on any of the other digital photos taken a second before or after this photo just this one any idea what caused them …actually there are quite a few of them in various sizes —- I put an elargement up of a couple of them on my blog — just curious….

  3. Nah can’t see that happening here, the goverment owns a big percentage of the banks here.

And i doubt if they would give money out, but rather take more in!!

What with the planning, think tank, surveys & all the rest of the s**t that has to follow through before it even gets past the first hurdle!!

So no i can’t see that happening!!

    Cheers
