What a week for news stories, the world is turning and I seem not to be doing so with it
I would like to say I’m back to being fighting fit but sadly the reality is very different.
It’s almost like 1 step forward – 3 steps back, and it’s getting frustrating.
Yesterday I felt almost 100%, went grocery shopping (as this prevents death) and made sure I didn’t get any sleep until I could no longer keep my eyes open…
Now, even with a near midnight run to London on an urgent errand that rectified itself and wasn’t required – I turned in looking forward to possibly my first full nights sleep…
2hrs later I’m up and wide awake and yet again in pain!!
Today, I’ve been stuck in an arm chair with hotwater bottle on my shoulder fidgeting away getting very frustrated.
At least I’m not taking Codeine anymore , but at this rate I’ll soon be back on it.
So, while I truly want to be back on my feet and doing things (like earning money – which is now taking a toll), I have to resign myself to being almost stationary for the next few days.
I can’t even begin to say how annoying this is – but alas, onward and upward! – just slowly…

How frustrating for you, It’s been what nearly three weeks & still no sign of any letup from your injury!!
I just hope you break this vicious cycle soon, and get back onto things that you enjoy doing!!
Cheers
Coz
LOL, yeah – tell me about it…
Furthermore, every thing I’ve attempted to do since the injury has fallen on it’s face.
After the trip to London, I lost the Camera,Then the Bank, Car on it’s last legs – so went to buy one today and had it bought out from under me. Wouldn’t mind but the tax ran out yesterday on the old one.
I have finally started writing my paper thingy. It’s a little long at the moment, but i hope to have it completed in the next couple of days.
Realistically, I can nolonger see myself being fit before the end of this week and it’s is killing me.
Furthermore I awoke last night in pain, but instead of getting up I just lay there trying to work out exactly what was causing its sudden onset…
It turned out to be the muscles in spasm!! I literally could feel them moving about as though something was alive under the skin – freeky, but painful…
So while this is a long comment, I really don’t have the patience for conversation presently and there seems to be a real change to my sense of reality – WEIRD!
Finally, my flat looks like a bombsite – so I can’t wait to get back to near normal and get tidied up.
So Coz, you’re fairly accurate on the state of affairs.
Cheers
