Yes, they’ve changed the ToS (terms of service) to say they can use you’re information and photos as they like (even if you close you’re account) – how long for? FOREVER !!!

Yes it is good news, but to me the trust is gone – especially after they said it’s only ‘for now’.
So I took the opportunity to take all my photos off the site when they changed it back. I have since ‘disabled’ my Facebook account – seeing as they still will not let you delete it.
